Deep Recovery for Your Nervous System
What is float therapy? It's a relaxing floatation therapy session in a sensory deprivation tank filled with warm salt water. It helps calm the mind, relax the body, ease stress, and support better sleep.
Most clients float 1–2 times per week for best results.

Escape the pressures of modern life and experience profound relaxation by immersing yourself in a 60-minute Float Therapy session at Sweet Dreams Float and Dry Salt Therapy in Plain City, OH.

Is Float Therapy Right for You?
High Stress or Burnout
If you feel constantly overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or unable to fully relax, float therapy helps your nervous system shift into a true recovery state.
Poor Sleep or Trouble Unwinding
If your mind stays active at night or you struggle to get restful sleep, floating can help calm your system and support deeper, more restorative rest.
Muscle Tension or Chronic Pain
The weightless environment removes pressure from joints and muscles, helping reduce tension, soreness, and physical discomfort.
Mental Fatigue or Brain Fog
If you feel mentally drained or unfocused, float therapy provides a reset that supports clarity, focus, and cognitive recovery.
Meditation or Mindfulness Practice
For those looking to deepen their practice, floating creates an environment with minimal distractions—making it easier to access a calm, focused state.
Feeling “Stuck” in Stress Mode
If your body feels like it's always “on,” float therapy helps interrupt that cycle and guide your system back into balance.
Your Float Sanctuary
A private, immaculately clean space designed entirely around your comfort and recovery.
A Sanctuary for Expecting Mothers
The zero-gravity environment of float therapy is uniquely suited for pregnancy. As your body changes, floating removes the constant pressure and strain on joints, hips, and your lower back — offering a rare moment of complete physical relief.
Many expecting mothers report reduced back pain, better sleep, and a profound sense of calm after just one session. The warm, skin-temperature water creates a deeply soothing environment for both mother and baby.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before floating during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
